I really like how everyone is nice and friendly. The rooms are clean but most importantly I like how The staff makes me feel at home. Kimberly is always talkative, nice and is bilingual.
I am a traveler from Atlanta, Ga and I have been staying at this location since July 14th. My stay has been so pleasurable and I am very happy to say that I chose the perfect extended stay in the area. I also would like to thank Savannah for being very professional and always going out of her way to make me happy and comfortable staying here. Savannah is always making sure that the front desk is neat and clean. She is always wiping down something and mopping the floors, on top of doing laundry. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean and everyone is willing to help when when there's a problem. The laundry room is frequently begin clean and disinfected which is awesome. Thank you Kimberly, Robie, and Savannah you guys are awesome and always so friendly.
Diana was very knowledgeable and understanding during my most recent visit to Extended Stay Urabandale. She was a pleasure to meet and have available to help me during my business trip to Iowa. The last time I stayed at E.S. she wasn't working there and just her presence made a big difference towards my stay. I appreciate her service and she's a valuable asset to your staff. I hope to see her again on my next business trip to Iowa.
It’s some of the staff that don’t get the credit that they deserve. Like Dian, Savanna and of course Robbie. Since we got there they’ve been a great help and very accommodating to say the least. I’m glad that they try the best all times in doing whatever to make us comfortable. I want to say thanks to them. For smiling to us in the morning and treating us when we come back in the evening
