We had to stay there for 5 days while our our house was being fixed. It was very pleasant. Rooms very clean, service was awesome. The young man who works the desk during the day was very helpful was very sweet. I will come back if need to

It is a decent place, I have stayed in worse for sure. The rooms on the 3rd floor were quiet and clean. Very easy to fall askeep for the night.

I've stayed here several times over the years, and I've been pleased in the past. This stay was disappointing.nnOur room had a sour and unpleasant smell. The carpet was worn, the bedspread was torn, and many of the lights in the dark and dreary lobby were turned off. The general impression is that the management is squeezing every penny.nnWe waited about 10 minutes to check in, because they have one employee doing front desk check in and cleaning the hotel. We had to wait for him to show up at the front desk.nnIf these things matter to you, the front desk clerk had his face mask down around his neck.nnMy wife says she doesn't want to stay here again, and I can't blame her.

Dirty and not maintained well. Found dead bees on the ground of my room and it smelled stale. Door was broken and I had to be interrupted during a business meeting for manager to fix. I also had to pay early to check in an hour early which isn't a huge deal, but the hotel was nearly empty since no one is traveling during covid. Perhaps the most annoying part of my stay was getting out of the shower and realizing there was no bath towel... only to have the manager call me after check out to ask me if I STOLE the towels! Are you serious? He needs to focus on getting that hotel up to hygienic standards, not accuse customers of stealing items that his maids forget to put in the room to begin with. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.

BED BUGS IN THIS PLACE ROOM 119.nI found bedbugs crawling on the bed and took videos and pictures of the bedbugs crawling on the bed. I also have more than 10 bedbug bites on my body. I told the owner of the hotel about the situation and I even showed him the proof. All he said was that he can give me a free night stay. He didn’t fill out a report or anything. I didn’t accept the owners offer for a free night stay. I simply grabbed my belongings and left. Even after all that, the owner over charged me for the stay.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
