We had a great stay! Our suite was beautiful and clean, with plenty of room for 9 adults to hang out (and for 5 of us to sleep). Corey at the front desk was wonderful, very helpful! The hotel was pretty full but we barely noticed any other groups.
It was very Convenient location of highway. Manager Lady very friendly.
Had reservations. Arrived at 2pm, told our room wasn't ready. Informed front desk personnel we had reservations and needed access to our handicap accessible room. Suddenly our room was ready. Phone in room didn't work. Attempted to call frontuh. Unable to call front desk on my cell phone. Hotel phones aren't working at 9:45. You couldn't call 911 from your room. Unsafe.
Clean rooms and friendly service. Missed hot breakfast but understand the current policy (COVID).
Bed bugs, at least in room 421...Weeks later still never heard anything from local leadership via a complaint filed with Hilton corporate.
