Great customer service. Gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and offered to upgrade our stay to a King suite. Definitely would recommend booking
I was very disappointed. With the hotel. Not just because they didn't even move two pizza boxes for 2 days from where the common area is. But not only i have spiders on my corner. But while trying to use the business center none of the 3 printers worked not to mentioned that spiders were having nests behind them.nWe could blame covit 19 for everything but common cleaning techniques apply specially at s hotel
Room was very clean. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was only 1 washer and dryer but they were priced very reasonably and they also provided soap. Due to Covid the breakfast and pool were unavailable.
From out of town and wanted a hot tub. They had signs on the outside door that stated that the pool and hot tub was in working order. But that's not true the hot tub wasnt working but pool was. The guy at the register didnt even mention it as we stood there talking about it. We will not be coming back to this hotel next time we are in this state.
Super friendly and clean atmosphere... great stay with kids
