The work hasn't even been done yet. I contacted them less than 12 hours ago and they have already been out to give an estimate on my damage. The quoted price was fair and Mario let me know when the work will be done. He wore a mask, was very professional, prompt, and pleasant. He communicated when he would be here in advance. He showed me a picture of the damage (which was worse than I thought)! I will post a review after the work is done, but at this point, I am 100% pleased and grateful!nnI wish I could give more than 5 stars.... the repair was done sooner than I even expected and these guys are so professional and pleasant. They lifted a HUGE load of my shoulders and I am so grateful. I'm currently searching their site to see what other work they do. :)
We needed repair to the roof of a sunroom addition that was damaged in the Derecho. Many bigger roofing companies turned down my calls or never got back to me with estimates because this was not a very big job. Mario was responsive, gave me an estimate on the spot (very fair price), and worked me into the schedule within 2 weeks of our meeting time. We had poor work done previously on a patch, and there were still issues existing with our roof. He went above and beyond to help us resolve a pooling issue and to level the roof. His team installed a rubber roof and it looks amazing now. I have no doubt that he will stand by his three year guarantee. Mario was respectful, willing to answer any questions I had, and extremely thorough. As another reviewer said, a huge weight has been lifted from our shoulders. No one else could figure out what was going on with our roof (had at least 4 consults). Mario got to the bottom of the issue and did everything he could to fix it. We are beyond grateful.
Mario and his team were very professional and kind. They worked hard and were very thoughtful on the little details (cleaning up, matching colors). The price was very affordable. Very happy with the job & highly recommend.
Had roof damage from the derecho, these guys quoted me less than four other companies. Due to the backlog of roofing work in the area from the storm, other companies were estimating a month wait, Delgado was able to fit us on their schedule within 2 weeks. Work on the roof was completed in a day, they had tarps laid out to protect my entry way and cleaned up every spec of debris from the roof replacement, they even cleared off my driveway with a leaf blower when they were done. My yard and driveway were cleaner than before they started. They showed me pictures of the completed work and made sure any questions I had were answered. Highly recommended!
Delgado Roofing was great to work with. It was a large job, replacing our shingle roof and also 2 areas of flat roof. All was done beautifully. Special attention was given to the areas we were experiencing leaks. After several rains in the last 5 weeks, we have not had any water leaks.nI was also incredibly pleased with the lack of mess they left behind. With previous exterior work done on our home, there was always quite a bit of mess left for me to pick up. But Delgado was very thorough in cleaning up and I barely found a trace of garbage when they were done. They even cleaned up at the end of each day, which we appreciated.nReasonably priced, they started and finished when they said they would, and were professional and responsive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend Delgado Roofing!
