Had an excellent stay here. The location is great - walking distance to bars and restaurants and easy access to the walking bridge over the river. Hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms were great! And they have complimentary water bottles in the lobby! We had a lovely view of the capital building. Bill checked us in and was stellar. He had great recommdations for dining/drinks and a printed list of all the restaurants nearby. He was welcoming and answered all of our questions, helped us with parking, and made us feel right at home. So glad we decided to stay here and we will definitely stay again. Thanks Bill!

This hotel was not very full when I stayed there. However they put my room right next to where a party was being thrown all night. Before that though they were just being loud, I didn’t know it would last all night. All of a sudden though my keys stopped working so I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones. Apparently they programmed the cards to go off two days before my stay was to end. While I’m at the front desk I inform them about the noise level from my neighbors. I assumed at the very least they would maybe offer to move my room. Maybe they didn’t know that I was still staying in my room? After all the cancelled my key card. But instead the front desk guy says he will call them to be quite. But because I’m the only other person on this floor these people ABSOLUTELY know I’m the one that told on them. So of course these people are being louder and louder now probably in spite of me and it’s 1 a.m. and I’m ready to die. This isn’t the worst hotel in the world, it’s clean enough and pretty accessible. But this bad experience has put a permanent bad taste in my mouth. I will never be coming back and will never recommend this hotel to family or friends ever again.

Less than ideal experience overall, especially for this price point. On check-in we noticed our rooms toilet wasn't flushing and we were missing a bulb in a lamp. We asked for a new room and had to downgrade to a double queen instead of the original single king bed. Then we had issues with the room keys not working on the doors from the parking structure side entryway. We talked with the service desk employee a total of 3 times on check-in and thankfully for the hassle, we were given a moderate discount. Then later the next day, the hot tub was barely warm and maintenance did not arrive in the next 45 minutes after we immediately notified the staff and asked if it could be heated better. Not sure if it was ever warmed more during our stay. Overall, the only thing going for this hotel for our stay was its convenient location downtown near to restaurants and bike paths. Will likely try another place if I'm ever staying in town again.
