Staff was super friendly. We felt safe there. The pool was open and very clean. Everyone there practiced social distancing. It was super close to everything. Grab and go breakfast wasn't the best but good if you like cereal and coffee which was fine for me. Totally understand the grab and go concept I these uncertain times. I would recommend this hotel for families. Even business.

When I arrived at 11 pm at night, Angie was there to help me because I have health issues and she was patient and kind! Then in the morning Gina at the front desk and Crystal in sales there helped me with me finding things I needed at the hotel. I felt safe as a single woman staying at this hotel. The staff watches over you and are there for amazing service! Thank you to all of you ladies for making my stay so easy since things are so hard right now. A little kindness goes such a long way. 10/10. Would stay again. 13/10 for the staff. They are priceless.

This is very impressive! The building is a tad dated, but there were lots of upgrades. Beds were comfy and shower hot. Very friendly staff. A plus!

My brother had a kidney transplant on 6-20-2020. I needed a hotel to stay. With us being in a hurry debit and credit cards were left at home. The clerk on the phone with me, help my sisters back in CR Ia. Know what she needed to booked my room. They e-mailed everything to hotel, room was booked. After my brother discharge that Thursday we had to stay in the Des Moines area since home was more than an hour away from hospital. They cut the rate of our room for the length of stay we had to endure. Very kind staff comfortable beds definitely would stay there again thank you comfort inn and suites for the way you treated my brother and I during his transplant recovery

Excellent and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Busy weekend and they handled it beautifully.
