Super clean and recently remodeled. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The service team was excellent and molded the breakfast needs for the families traveling in for a local sporting event. The elevators were inoperable for a portion of our visit, but they called for repairs as soon as possible. Overall, a good value.
Jessica treated my daughter as if her passport was fake. She looked it over and over held it up to the light. If she had issues she could have called her place of employment to verify that she is a Marriott employee. Thank you Dominique and the gentleman working that night. My daughter said you two made her feel very very welcomed unlike Jessica and Arie.
So far, loving the spacious room. Silly, but I love the shampoo and body wash. Hit the spot after two days of primitive camping. I look forward to relaxing on the patio overlooking the river, and the breakfast in the morning.
Our stay was horrible. The hotel looks nice but cheap. We could hear every car drive by in the street along with every door slam and person talking in the halls or through the wall. We then had to call the front desk three times to complain about yelling and extremely loud music at 2am. We didn’t get to sleep until after 3:30am and even then we were awoken every time the AC kicked on. Very disappointed as we had one night away, child free and it was awful. Do not recommend this hotel.
So I work for a Marriott.nAnd I booked a stay at the Fairfield for my daughter’s birthday and I go inside to check in and there’s two girls upfront that were so disrespectful that I literally left in tears because I was so upset it was disrespectful they were rude they were unprofessional and I am so so surprised that they have a job there how they treat people they should be ashamed of themselves the boss should be anyway. Don’t stay at this hotel I do not recommend it unless you want to get harassed or degraded ALL CUZ U WANT to have a birthday party for your daughter, ud83eudd2cud83dudc4eud83cudffb!!
