Bike World

Once again, Bike World came in clutch for me! The people that work there are always friendly and super helpful. I installed some new components on my bike last night and couldn't get the shifting adjusted just right. Took it over there this afternoon and was in and out in under 15 minutes with a bike that shifts like a dream. Can't say enough about this shop. They'll always get my business! Thanks for the great service!

I have had nothing but good experiences at this bike world. As a new rider I was initially intimidated to go and ask questions, but the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. Genesis was unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to show me the basics of fixing a flat tire. I would highly recommend coming to this location for new and experienced riders.

I wouldn't go to anywhere else in Central Iowa for any biking needs. Phenomenal customer service to someone who had very little biking experience, and sent me home with a bike that is a perfect fit for my goals. Order and Pick-Up went smoothly. Holly (Urbandale location), was super friendly. Her customer skill is excellent.
