when we contacted them, they were prompt to show up to give us the estimate but five days later when I had not received the estimate, I had to call only to find they had not gotten to it. I finally got an estimate and approved it. About a week later I called to find out when they were coming and they informed us they would be out tomorrow, but they never showed nor did they call us to let us know. We called to find out where they were and they told us they were busy and they would be out on Friday. Again they did not show up nor did they let us know that they were not going to be there or why. I wrote them an email and they informed us they would be out that Monday but again they never showed up nor did they bother to call or write us why. I wrote them again and they informed us they would be out tomorrow but again they never showed. I called and talked to someone who said she would find out where they were and a few hours later she texted me, not called and told me they would possibly still be out but again, no one showed nor did they call to let us know so I ended up doing the job myself.nI felt their company was very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

5 Stars, Joe and his crew did an amazing job on our four thousand square foot commercial building. We could not find a single nail or anything to pickup. They had to tear off at least two layers of old shingles. From start to finish it was professional in every way. Come take a look yourself at Sassman Glass on NW 6th Drive. A+ Thanks Joe
