I would highly recommend Pettiecord Restoration to anyone. Every interaction I had was very positive. I heard of Pettiecord Restoration through a colleague and he had very positive things to say. After that I reached out to two roofing companies (one was Pettiecord) and I had a response from the owner Tim Pettiecord within 30 minutes. I never heard back from the other company. Tim personally came out to my house for the initial consultation, answered all of my questions, and took time to explain the process. Pettiecord Restoration is fully insured, knowledgeable, and is the most ethical company I have ever worked with. Tim cares about quality and runs two crews to ensure each roof meets his high standards. Tim was very personable, easy to talk to, and genuine; he was very detailed in explaining the products he used, as well as the coverage and protection they provide. The crew was very punctual and had the roof done in one day. Tim's wife Kelley handles all of the administrative paperwork and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I love my new Owens Corning platinum roof and I have the peace of mind knowing the work was done right with quality products.
Pettiecord Restoration replaced our roof this week. From the day we met with Tim, every step has been smooth and to our complete satisfaction. He was more than informative on his fist visit with us. He spent the time to thoroughly walk our roof and explain what needed to be done. He explained how the insurance works. He kept us informed on our start date and was right on time. His crew worked sun up to sundown. They worked hard and got our entire roof done in just two days. The clean-up? Wonderful! You can hardly tell they were here (well, except for the wonderful-looking roof we now have!). We couldn't be happier with their services and we highly recommend Pettiecord Restoration for your roofing needs. They are coming back to replace our gutters next week. Petticord Restoration just put a new roof and gutters on our home. They were very responsive and kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. The workers were very friendly and helpful! They worked together very well and efficiently! Plus, completed the work a lot quicker than we expected. And the clean-up was unbelievable! When they left, you never knew they were there!!! I was so happy with Tim and Kelley and their attention to customers. My roof was finished in a day, my gutters and downspouts were done in less than a day. All my questions were answered in a timely matter and I never felt like I was “bothering” them which is a big deal to me. EVERYONE is asking who we used because they were just as impressed as us. Pettiecord Restoration did our neighbors house (roof/siding/gutters) last year and did a great job. Based on that we had them come out for an estimate. He noticed that the roof didn't look right and brought out his main roofer for a review. Long story short they provided enough documentation to have my insurance company pay to re-roof a year old job due to poor installation. We decided to have his company do a full outside remodel of the roof/siding/gutters. The various crews were on time and did a quick job. Tim even went the extra mile! After the siding but prior to the new gutters we had a major storm come through. He drove over in the rain and screwed the gutters down to ensure they drained properly and didn't end up over the whole neighborhood. He then had his siding guys come back out and reside the pieces that had holes in them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.
