Horrible contractor took my in laws money for $13,500.00 No call or show. And when you can get a hold of him, he always has a excuse. NEVER HIRE WILL CHAPIN AS A CONTRACTOR. BAD CONTRACTOR TAKES PEOPLE MONEY THEN A NO SHOW! We found many people like 10 people with the same issues hiring Will.
Do not use this contractor. He books your business takes your check then never shows up to do the work. After 2 years without getting our job done and him never answering calls or getting back to us we ended up having to use another contactor to finish our job. He took our money and we never saw or spoke with him again. Do not waist your time.
I gave him $15,000.00 for materials two years ago and haven't seen him since. He has every excuse in the world, but never shows. Know of other people he took. Suing him in district court, but he won't show. I will get judgment, but he has nothing in his name and will take time to get my money back. I will get it.
This Contractor is a cheat, avoid getting mechanical liens on your home, he hires subcontractors and does not pay them. Avoid the the headaches. Hard working men worked on 4113 sw 26th st, and after all was satisfied, mid states did not pay, wont even answer calls. If you look them up in BBB you will see this is not the first time they do this .
