Worst hyvee ever the customer service is really slow, would not recommend
They occasionally use an automated call to let you know when medicine is ready for pick-up, but not reliably so I'm often left to wonder whether it's ready or not. My kids are still young enough to need liquid medications. I often have to remind them that I need syringes. Many times they forget to add the stopper so I can actually get the medicine into the syringes. The syringes work great the first time but after that, the rubber stopper tends to swell and get stuck rendering the entire syringe worthless. Thank goodness I have tons from Target pharmacy! I've had one occasion where our 10 day antibiotic didn't quite make it a week. (Yes, I know how to distribute medicine) It was difficult to sort out but in the end they made it right after needing the doctor to call in a new prescription. I only use them because they are close and my insurance limits me. I much preferred the pharmacy at Target!
