Today I popped in to get a broken spoke fixed for older bike and thought I'd see about getting a new cassette installed as well. Went in not expecting immediate service and I got it! I wasn't there for any longer than 20 minutes. Then the price for parts was very reasonable! They set me up good and quick. Didn't catch the gentleman's name who worked on my bike, but thank you very much!

I couldn't be more impressed. My daughter's bike was in need of a little TLC and Rassy's patched it up same-day for a very affordable price. My daughter has been raving about the subtle tweaks they made to her bike that I didn't even know enough to ask for. I literally had to force her off her bike today when she had been riding for hours. In our current throw-away culture, I loved that they seemed passionate about fixing broken things, even though her bike is just a normal kid's bike. Nothing fancy. They have earned some repeat customers from this very happy family! Thank you, Rassy's!

Took a couple of old bikes here for a tuneup and they did a fantastic job. One was 20 years old and hadn't shifted properly in years. They found parts even though they said it would be difficult and installed a new cassette when a previous shop couldn't diagnose the issue. All of this for a reasonable price and service within a week. Will definitely go back for future service needs.

Took my bike in for a full tune up. The guy showed me why I did not need a full tune up and only did a simple repair. Additionally, in the past, they talked my kid into spending less when I was standing there with a credit card. Great folks who really love biking and are honest and reasonable in their charges.

Cool shop, knowledgeable. Looking to purchase a bike and asking questions. Will definitely consider going back and potentially making a purchase
