Great location at a good price. Free upgrade from standard room to a suite was a nice surprise. Room was very nice with separate bedroom and living area. Door between the 2 room would not lock or even stay closed. Mini fridge wasn’t working until we figured out there is a reset button that isn’t labeled. The bed was very firm which was not to my liking. The pillows were great though. Internet was sluggish and we kept getting kicked off. Pool area was quite nice. Breakfast was good with many grab and go options. Cleanliness in the room was questionable. Appeared clean on the surface but we found a contact lens in the middle of the bathroom floor so clearly it wasn’t cleaned very well.
I got upgraded to a suite which is always a very nice experience having a seating area and a very spacious bedroom took the 2 queen beds as that was there best option.nnStaff polite professional and very helpful had a few questions and staff at Best Western I always do notice have great customer service.nnThe amenities on site pool hot tub gym awesome I did enjoy the hot tub much rewarded after a long day driving.nnBreakfast is gradually changing isn’t not what it used to be with the hot breakfast but it getting much better much appreciated.
Love it here. Very clean, great breakfast and awesome staff. Carley was so accommodating and helpful always. She's very friendly and always smiling.
