My partner called on Friday, they were out Saturday to repair our roof. Insurance had been giving us the run-around and Snyder was able to repair it in about 45 minutes, and thankfully before the snow hit. Very happy with service.
Had contract through this company, roof was done after hail damage after many months to have it fail. Rained that night to have it come into basement. Notified contractor and he notified me that someone needed to come inside to evaluate. Makes sense yes. Well, the people he hired to fix roof mentioned they fixed an error of an employee and he was let go that day. To this date contractor was contacted multiple times about no one ever going in attic to evaluate damage from their error. While roof was done they removed gutters, went almost two months during Spring in Iowa without gutters. Contacted contractor again multiple times about being nervous with rainy season and no gutters, he continued to say I was on Ricks list. I asked for Ricks number, contacted him and explaining concerns and he came the next week. Rick was amazing, A plus was ridiculous and overpriced. Was charged high amounts for those two services and never finished siding that was quoted. Do not recommend this company to anyone. Insurance alone is frustrating, no need to hire people that don’t hold their word or contracts and overprice on the first projects but never finish the last so you end up short.
