Never had a problem.Everyone has a bad day. It's only natural.People need to realize that. I myself are very happy with their service. Keep up the good work.

They always have great service. I switched from CVS due to having multiple problems with my prescriptions. Since I made the switch to White Drug Pharmacy, I haven’t had any problems. They are also much quicker at getting you your scripts and seem to genuinely care about their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a prescription for my sister and was told 20 minutes, so I went and ate and came back 30 minutes later. They acted like I hadn't even been there previously and said it would be 20 minutes. We waited 40 minutes while 2 other people dropped off their prescription and left. I finally had enough and asked the employee what was going on, she said it would be another 5 minutes. We waited in the car for 10 minutes and came back in it still wasn't ready. I was upset to say the least, I told them it was unacceptable to wait 1:20 minutes for a prescription and would be taking future business elsewhere. The Pharmacist thew the prescription to the counter angrily. I have been filling there for many years up until this incident.

I have their ready refill service and it is great! My medication is there on time when I need it. The staff is very welcoming and caring. They strive to get your prescription done as quickly as possible. I recommend them, they are way better than CVS!

Great staff!! They always leave me with a laugh. They are wonderful at what they do and are great with their customers.
