Thrifty White Pharmacy

Just before 4pm last night, talked to the sweetest gal ever! I should hve gotten her name, just to give a little credit. I'm switching frm CVS (ugh!!!) & she made it known immediately, I'd made the right decision by how friendly, caring, compassionate & knowledgeable she was. Thank you. And delivery, of course!

I have always been treated with respect from all who I've come into contact with here. From cashiers to Pharmacists, very good customer service. The only thing the newer clerks could possible work on is, a little more patient confidentiality when we are picking up our meds! (Not Using Full names, addresses, etc). Jeff is the most awesome, caring pharmacist! Always has time for answering your questions and concerns, while never making you feel like you're bothering him.

Friendly and fast service! Always greeted by the great staff and have all my questions answered in a prompt manner. Great place!

They are not very friendly and helpful I needed a different drug because my insurance would not pay for that one so they said they faxed the dr to get another drug comparable and cheaper dr said he did not get the fax so I told them to resend it and it was like I was a bother. I am a customer whether my insurance pays or not I felt like I was treated unfairly due to asking them to get something cheaper and that is not fair to be treated like that.

They really get to know you, and they care how you are doing. Great pharmacy , great staff!
