This contractor built my house TEN YEARS ago and I'm still living in it!! He has done so much work for me and I love everything he has done for me! I'm a single young lady and he has never done me wrong from his work to the costs! He's the best around folks! No one else can do his kind of work!
Went far above and beyond my expectations. He worked with our insurance company to get a full roof replacement instead of half that was originally adjusted. We also got our gutters replaced with better and higher flow guttering than what was original to the house. Jared worked with me for a great package deal to give our house some much needed curb appeal by painting the house and fixing our front porch from foundation settling. He stayed well within the parameters of our insurance pay out for the hail damage so we had no out of pocket expense above what insurance payed out. Highly Recommended!!!
Jarad Horton construction has worked on and completed multiple projects for my father over the years, many small very customer projects. He has always been up front with the cost and communicated well if and when plans changed.nnLast year a hail storm damaged his barn roof. The insurance company was only willing to replace 1/2 the roof and make repairs to the other half. Jarad took it upon himself to negotiate with the insurance company and was able to replace the entire roof at no cost to my father.
Terrible experience working with this contractor. Over budget and behind schedule. Claims to be an expert, but knows very little about his profession, how to run a business, schedule work, and keep customers happy. I would not recommend his services at all - ask for references!
As a person that has worked with Jared for the last several years. He has always been nothing but a true professional in his business practices with me. I would definitely recommend Jared to people.
