Matt and his staff are great! They patiently answered questions and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we needed as beginning riders. We just started riding this summer and we have discovered an activity that the whole family loves and can do together. I cannot recommend them enough! Every time we come in they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. We are so lucky to have this beautiful shop and knowledgeable staff in our community.

Matt (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in for a bag for my bike frame and we ended up chatting about my bike and my wife’s bike for about 20 minutes. He then adjusted both of the front suspensions on our mountain bikes for no charge. I may add that we didn’t buy the bikes there. This is the greatest bike shop I have ever been to. Marshalltown is extremely lucky to have a shop like this and an owner like Matt. Francis pensions for no charge. I may add that we didn’t buy the bikes there.
