You know, for the price you get a reasonably clean room and good people working there. This is NOT a nice place, but it gets the job done and did I say it's clean! I'm as comfortable at this place as I would be at 5 star...And it was less than 50 bucks!

We stayed at two of the owers hotels and this was the second hotel our car was hit at and they had. No cameras outside To prove who hit us And then kicked us out after we paid for a whole week and did not refund us our money for it had stuff stolen out of our room
Stayed here one night over the weekend. The hotel is good for what you pay for. We had gotten the king sized room. The first room we got had no heat. After I had a shower it still wasnt warm. I went to the front desk and told Tanisha about my issue with the heat. She upgraded us to the deluxe king room. Bed was okay and room was warm. The Waffles I had for breakfast was great. Will stay here again next time I stay in grand forks.
Hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included. Price was great!
