This hotel refused cash. Witch is against federal law. I had a credit card that they could put on file. but I wanted to pay cash for the room. The guy working told me that I could not pay cash. I told him I have over $800 cash I could put down on the room and he said the he can not take cash. I was not very happy person. It's is against federal law! And it's bull that Ramada let's this happen and leaves family's to sleep in there car. I will be turning them in something needs to be done!
I was very disappointed with the staff at the Ramada. I made the reservation and had forgotten my ID the lady would not compromise with me at all. She would not let me speak with manager. We have stayed at Ramada for years. I guess I was scamming the hotel for a forgotten ID I tried to explain what happened and no compromise my husband even tried to come in and help us I think u are sorely mistaken to call any names if u check back on the stays the Ramada is the only place we ever book when we are in the area. Our family has booked numerous rooms for any function we have going on! Thanks alot Ramada owner

Cheap clean room. The hotel as a whole is not impressive....our room was updated and clean. But there was leaking roofs in one area and several rooms and the hall impacted. The front desk person at check-in was marginal, but the next morning was pleasant.
Decent place to rest your head but there are hotels across town with comparable rates and much nicer.
