Connecticut Yankee Pedaller

We received wonderful customer service and expert advice that flowed from a deep experience with and understanding of bikes and trikes. We took a year to shop for a recumbent e-trike; visited shops in a number of different cities; viewed 100’s of YouTube videos; and test drove them every chance we got. At the Connecticut Yankee Peddler we had the ability to review the whole field of choices we had been considering and were finally able to confidently decide! Last week we made the 5 hour trip from St. Louis to Chariton, Iowa to pick up our HP Velotechnik Scorpion Plus trike that we had selected. These guys were so patient and kind to us through the whole leaning, testing, and deciding process (Yes, we drove up more than once! It was worth the time and effort). I believe they were 100% honest with us on every point. After ridding this trike almost every day this week, we both LOVE it. Thanks to Dave and Josh for helping us make the right choices!

Incredible customer service. Drove from Des Moines and they installed tires while we waited. And it was really difficult work. Wonderful people. Well worth the trip.

Drove here from southwest Iowa for some parts for my eTitan Trident because the dealer in Omaha, NE is just awful. The staff here is professional, helpful and polite. I’ll be taking my trike here for maintenance even though it’s a two hour drive for me.

I can't stay enough about Dave and his staff and store, down home folks who care too thier customers needs and wants. I began my relationship with them with a short email, and he calls me back 13 minutes later where as the stores in Des Moines hadn't bothered to call or email me two weeks. I brought a trike that Saturday and I saved money for sure.Great doing business with them .

Seriously the best customer service and shopping experience. It took us ten hours in the car with a six year old and it was worth every minute. We'll be back for our next recumbent purchase
