We had hail damage on our house and garage and this was the first time that we had to deal with these items. You hear horror stories about contracting companies but I can say the exact opposite about Tri-County Enterprises. I spoke with Brandon and he worked great with me and with my insurance company to get my roofs, gutters and screens fixed. The crews that came out to our house were extremely professional and replaced our roofs, gutters and screens with quality products and their clean up was quite impressive, like they were not even there. Mandy did a wonderful job with answering any questions I had about payment processing and emailing me updated invoices so I could send off to our insurance company.

I know everyone is frustrated with the 2020 April hailstorm and the Derecho, but I'm glad I waited with patience and had them install my new roof. After my insurance claim was received, they were able to install a new roof within the insurance guidelines and had it done in less than 6 hours. They use top-quality products so I know my roof will be in good shape for whatever Mother Nature throws at us. Everything from the initial contact to paperwork to completion went great. I highly recommend them!

Roof work is fine. Was told job would take one day - took 2 1/2. However the job requires (and we paid for) proper preparation and clean-up. That was not done - only one tarp - one tarp doesn't protect entire yard, driveway, porches, steps, around the house and garage. Nails, screws, shingle pieces and paper scraps littered the yard when they left. A phone call sent resulted in a return to complete the job. I'm still picking up 4 days later. Day 3/final day: 3 Mexicans on the roof - one working - 2 standing around chatting. Why were they not cleaning up? I dread gutter installation next week! I hope I can leave a better review for that crew. Will never recommend this company for roof work. Maybe gutter installation? Time will tell.

These guys really came through after the storm. They really take care of their existing customers. Was able to get a new roof put on within a few weeks of the storm, before the rain. Eternally grateful for the speed and quality of the work. They are not the cheapest but they do quality work, which is exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys.

Last week a crew of 2 from Tri-County installed gutters/downspouts on both our house and garage. What professionals - friendly, efficient, creative and obviously takes pride in their work. Clean-up couldn't have been better. I'm glad I can recommend them for gutter installation. I can't say the same for their roofing crew. Sue
