For Sure I Thought He Was The Hotel Manager By His Outstanding Customer Service And Excellent Way He Goes Above And Beyond In Taking Care Of All Guests. We Are Very Happy With Our Stay Thanks To Mr. Joshua And The Team Here From The Room Cleaners To The Maintenance To Other Front Desk Help. This Supervisor Shines And Puts In Place All The Rest That Also Shine At This Marriott Towneplace. Corporate Should Be Extremely Proud Of Mr. Joshua And I Pray One Day He Will Be Promoted To Managing His Own Location As He Is The Most Excellent Supervisor That I Have Come Across In A Very Long Time. We had a couple of scheduling changes with our stay and the staff was so accommodating to us. Very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The rooms were better than we expected with private bedrooms. Comfortable, clean and great access to everything.

As i was moving from out of state, i had still not secured a place to live when i arrived in to town, i had selected this hotel sight unseen online while on the road, These people were so friendly, and so welcoming!!! The rooms are amazing and fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. They have dishwashers and a pull out couch in the living room. They are just what we needed. Very clean!!! Very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good experience! Shout out to all of the staff for being so nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I can't thank ya'll enough, especially with how stressful everything was

Valerie was such a pleasure from the moment I called her from the parking lot to the moment I entered the hotel. She found us the best room at the last minute. She goes above and beyond for her guests and I felt so welcomed with her Smile. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back all thanks to Valerie! Loved the room great kitchen area (fridge, stove, dishwasher) If u have kids and spending a few days in town perfect place. Pool was open as well.
