We were traveling on a bike vacation and staying in the area. We had an emergency bike repair we needed fixed and most places couldn’t fit us in as it was prime bike season time. I called first thing and they were able to fit us in despite having a ton of service requests backlogged. Ethan did the quick repair and he was AWESOME! He fit us in the schedule, made the repair within minutes and even made a few extra tweaks. He was great, this store is great! Wish we had a bike store in our area that had this level of service! Thank you!!!
