Jack did a great job working with me and insurance to get our hail damaged roof and gutters replaced. Jack was exceptional in communicating with me to get things lined up. The roof overall looks very good and well done. We had a few issues that were addressed. The shingles are a great brand and none of them lifted in the Deracho which was great to see. Overall the quality is good.

Joe was super helpful and responsive after we received a lot of damage after a hail storm. He helped us deal with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. He came out the same day we called and the roofers replaced our steep large roof in a single day. Very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Highly recommend these guys!

After the derecho storm , we called Perfect Pitch Roofing to inspect our damaged roof. They were very professional and followed through on everything they promised. Holly, the project manager on our job, did a great job communicating with our insurance company, scheduling the roof replacement, and following through to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They made it a stress free process and we would highly recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing.

Overall, a great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone to get their roof done.nnCustomer Service:nChris B. was my Project Manager and he was authentic and very patient as I was taking my time making decisions. Typically you'll find contractors are very pushy and in a rush to get you to sign a contract but this was not the case here. He was responsive to my questions over phone and text. Chris handled most communications with the insurance company.nnQuality:nThey have a variety of quality roofing products to choose from. Roof was inspected after installation and everything was in order. They were done in a single day.nnCleanliness:nThey used tarps around the house to catch debris. Exterior of home was cleaned and good as new after they were done installing. Will use magnetic nail sweepers to clean your yard of nails.

Joey is knowledgeable was always cheerful, professional, and fair. His crew was hard working and did a great job, reshingling the entire roof in one day. All of the businesses were overloaded because of the citywide devastation from the derecho. I'm grateful Perfect Pitch could fit in my job. The roof looks great, and I was pleased to do business with them.
