Lived here for 4 years. I love convenience. Everything we need is within a 5 mile radius. I can drive there without ever getting on the freeway. It's a safe place to live. I love our home and beautiful front and backyard and attached garage. House sits on the ground with no steps to have to climb. It has a dog park, community center with pool, spa, gym, and more. Management has always been good to me. Everyone keeps up their homes. It's quiet and gated. Houses are reasonably priced, land lease and HOA are very reasonably priced. What more can you ask for.

Been here 3 months now, so far so good, great place to live, quiet, clean, and secure. Convenient location, close to everything, highly recommend.

I don't live here, but I have noticed it's very quiet

Have lived here since March of 2019 and am so happy with the neighbors, the facilities and the surrounding location.
