Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson South Las Vegas

We needed to change our reservation several times, and each time the staff was very kind and accommodating. After we arrived, they upgraded us to a larger two room suite with a full kitchen for free, and allowed our daughter and son-in-law to join us without extra charge. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable!!! It was easy to connect to WiFi. They have a free packed breakfast box to carry out. We didn't swim, but they pool looks so beautiful and inviting. The gym requires an appointment.

So, I write this admitting my faults in mistaking this as a pet friendly hotel. I'm a Nurse who need a break and made a road trip stop in Henderson. When the receipt popped up I realized my mistake and quickly cancelled. Unfortunately in my haste I missed the small clause of no refunds. It must be nice being able to charge hundreds of dollars for services not rendered. I think maybe the rest of us should start doing the same thing. Oh, you hit the call light in your room by mistake? That will be $100! I could understand a cancellation fee, but not a full $200 room price for less then 5min booking mistake. Absolutely poor, unethical billing practice. Especially when there is plenty of vacancies in hotels right now.

It was a GREAT experience at Homewood Suites. Wonderful pool area and BBQ section. The suite was exceptional and homie....

Good location across from a seafood city and not yet opened Jollibee.

Wonderful Customer service and hospitality. Rosa is absolutely amazing and the staff are just genuinely great and very kind hearted.
