I had called three different places in town when our AC went out and CL was able to provide the fastest response time. I had already troubleshot and diagnosed, but the tech did still have to run back to the shop to get the part I had said I thought was faulty (perhaps my model didnt use parts on hand). Tech was professional and friendly and was willing to explain and teach me a thing or two. One cover was reinstalled a bit crooked but otherwise completely happy with the service. ud83dudc4d
