Front desk is HORRIBLE!!! I’m appalled with what happened and am still bothered 8 months later. Rewind back to April. I’m a local. I stopped by here to deliver some Chinese food (Door Dash). I had no problem going to the customer’s room and delivering the food, but after doing so noticed some teriyaki spilt onto my delivery bag. I didn’t want it to stain or drip onto the carpet, so while on my way out went into the hotel restroom. I proceeded to clean my bag, as well as use the restroom myself. About 5 minutes later I hear pounding on the door. It’s the front desk lady and she’s demanding I leave the restroom. When I step out she insists on knowing what I am doing at the hotel. I explain to her that I’m delivering food and that I was cleaning my bag after food had spilt onto it. She then tells me the hotel is private property and to vacate or she’ll call police. I immediately left, confused as to what happened. It was also super embarrassing, as there were other guests and hotel staff in the lobby when this incident occurred. The front desk person made me feel less than and publicly shamed me, all because I didn’t want my bag to be stained. There was no sign on the restroom indicating it wasn’t to be used. I now make it a strong point not stay at Wyndham properties - since I’m apparently unwanted. I also refuse to do future deliverers and have not since stepped into this hotel.

It was nice & they accepted our dogs. :)

Stayed here for a week and it's a great place to stay. We would go back
