One of the best hotels in Grand Forks. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms come with a full kitchen and dining area which is great! The pool area is large and spacious and great for kids and adults! The breakfast area was clean and the food was great! Would highly recommend!
Great service, pleasant and upbeat staff that went above and beyond to make our home away from home comfortable. Complimentary dinner 3 nights a week and breakfast served in the morning.

Had a last-minute business trip with a coworker, and even tho it was rushed the stay was not too bad. Loved the room but the service for the most part was under par. The tub wouldn't drain very well and the front desk lady was not listening to what we had to say. I had to repeat my self 3 times to get her to understand. She would have understood faster if she had not cut myself and my coworker off every time we tried to explain. The bad thing is, we have had people staying at this hotel for longer then I can remember and it's never been this poor.
We stayed here for I think one night (?) a few years ago. It is an extended stay so they do include dinner with the reservation. We didn't get the dinner but they also had ice cream that could be purchased with a charitable donation. The room was perfect, it was clean, comfortable and had a full kitchen inside.nnMy only complaints are the price, and that we lost a pillow from home here and they said they had it and would hold it until Grandma picked it up two weeks later, which they didn't do.
