Very nice and clean establishment. I used priceline to book a room for daughters bday party and when I arrived had issues getting my room due to needing a card on file even though I paid upfront full online. It was a whole ordeal. Every time there was never anyone at the front desk and everyone would need to ring a bell. Lacked towels in the pool area, pools were really cold, staff were rude a little bit and gave glares even when we cleaned up aftwrwards

Hotel was nice and clean, convenient location. Hotel staff were very accommodating

We were in town for a funeral. Due to unforseen circumstances at the service, it ran longer than it was supposed to. We made a call to the front desk to inquire about extending our checkout and the woman at the front desk was horrible to deal with. She was rude and condescending. Half of our family had to leave the service early in order to check out in time. This was horrible customer service at it's finest and we will never return. I would give zero stars if possible.
