Hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful everytime I needed something. Pool and hot tub were both enjoyable and clean. Definitely my place to stay in Grand forks
The rooms are big and have a nice duel bathroom set up which allows two people to shower and use the toilet at the same time (separated rooms that aren't connected). It is probably the nicest hotel in Grand Forks and is a good deal for how nice the rooms are. I always end up stay here while traveling through the area and have never been disappointed.
The SpringHill Suites is a fabulous stop - clean, sparkling, COVID-19 consciousness was evident, and more. The space is fresh and chic, rooms with great furniture, super beds, crisp bedding, and quiet/sweet ambiance. Family members also enjoyed a 'distanced' evening on the patio with fireplace glowing. Highly recommend - special thanks to Danielle and LUKE, the hotel Manager. :)
I love the layout of these rooms. My first room smelled a little like smoke, but they moved me right away when I said something. It’s clearly not the newest place around, but has had a decent remodel in recent enough years. The staff was excellent. Unfortunately breakfast was extremely limited during my stay due to COVID. Highly recommend staying on the highway side of the hotel if you don’t mind the very slight amount of noise, and prefer the view of the community gardens across the street and the evening sun after a long day on the job.
Great experience -- masks required, very clean, room was wonderful. In COVID times the breakfast is minimal, but that's to protect us.
