Jessica is a very good park manager she always helps u if u need anything. She always is a pleasure to deal with she has this place looking so nice since she has become manager it used to look like a dump not any more it looks so much different now since she became park manager. She goes above and beyond for her tenants thank u so much Jessica I really appreciate u as a park manager
Good place to live only a couple of blocks away form the elementary school good place to raise a family super nice and helpful managers randy and Jessica if you call them they will help you fix ur trailer if they can’t do what you need they will get ahold of someone that can in my opinion one of the best mobile home community’s you will ever live in
Managers are very nice people and do a great job of keeping the park clean. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for a place to live that's close to Grand Forks, State park, and a small community that is wonderful for raising children in.
Jessica has been the best manager we've had in years. She and Randy are on top of things here and it's much appreciated.
This park is becoming a nice clean area to live! The managers have done a great job keeping things going!
