I cannot recommend them enough. They were fast and very responsive after the derecho. Tear-off and Replace was completed in less than a day.They are also competitively priced which is always a plus.
I can't recommend Andino Construction enough. The old roof was removed and the new one put on in a matter of hours. The clean-up was awesome, I have yet to find even a stray nail. If that's not enough to convince you, the roof even survived and thrived during the derecho. Andino Construction is family owned and Alex and Jessica have been great to work with.
This roofer came exactly right on time and he (Alex) is a nice person to work with, there was an accent barrier especially with some of their workers but I didn't really mind as I’m not here to judge. I did charge him a small fee to use our electric due to our cost for electricity is typically always higher since our neighborhood is serviced by a rural electric cooperative instead of a “regular” utility but I felt he understood and he was okay with it. Unlike another roofer (their review is on my profile) it was also great that everything was done electronically, convenient as well as good for social distancing, and no one was yelling ud83dudc4d which really helps when roofing in general is fairly loud. I could also communicate via iMessage which was a bonus instead of just email or call.
I can not stress enough how appreciative I am to have worked with such an amazing company. Keeping it 100% honest is qualities to look for in such great people. They were great and efficient, and I will work with this compan.y again! Very impressed
My husband and I highly recommend Andino Construction of Iowa City. They did a superb job of roofing our house and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only did they roof our house, our unattached double garage, but they also replaced three skylights in the roof. Alex Andino, the owner works with his crew and ensures everything is done to perfection. All the crew was extremely polite, very careful in their work, and totally cleaned up our entire yard after they were done. We are very pleased that our remodeling contractor recommended Andino Construction.
