Hector at MasterPro was simply amazing every step of the way. It began with his inspection. He arrived on time exactly as scheduled. His advice helped save us money while also providing the most effective solution. He was patient as we arranged our financing and once we were ready, did not waste any time finishing the job. Every step of the way, they were there when they said they would be and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Our new roof looks AWESOME! Hector was great to work with. He was accommodating when we had to reschedule. Tough time finding the shingles we wanted but end result was great. His crew showed up on time, worked very hard, and cleaned up well afterwards. Recommend MasterPro.
Master Pro Roofing is an excellent company!!! Hector the owner has such integrity and his work....well it speaks for itself. He came out to my house and put a tarp out where the leaks were. I had such problems with my adjuster and them not wanting to approve my roof damage, but his wife Flavia took the time to call the adjuster herself many times until she got a hold of someone and is in the process of getting it approved for me. That it what I call going over and above on customer service. Use Master Pro and you will not be dissappointed!!! Great company!!!
I would definitely use This company again in the future. Unlike some other roofing companies, Flavia and Hector stayed in touch with me through the whole installation. I knew once I wrote them I would get a response back within the next business day. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I did I would definitely use them again.
