The hotel is actually pretty nice. The problem is, the staff. When we arrived, we had to walk through a cloud of smoke because the employees were smoking at the front doors. When we got to our room, the beds were not made correctly and the sheets were all messed up. They also had not replaced empty shampoo and conditioner containers. When we went to leave in the morning, the lobby smelled very strongly of smoke because the gentleman at the front desk was smoking in between the two doors. It is a very nice and new hotel if these issues had not occurred.

Very clean. Very comfortable. We were SUPER happy with this pet friendly hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the sidewalk path for the doggies. Our favorite place to stay. :)

Had a fantastic stay at the Candlewood Suites in Fargo! As a tour manager for traveling musicians, comfort, cleanliness and security are my top priorities when it comes to lodging, and this hotel more than delivered. We arrived late after a show in town, and the fantastic front desk staff already had our rooms ready and keys made, all I had to do was sign a few papers and off to bed! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, I really appreciated that they have both firm and soft pillows on the beds, making sure that everyone can be comfortable. The well proportioned bathroom had fantastic water pressure, and was sparkling clean! The towels were soft and fluffy, just like I like them :) All in all a fantastic property I would definitely recommend to anyone, for business or pleasure!

Check-in and check-out was very quick and hassle free. Rooms are better than all other hotels I've stayed in throughout the US. Nice to have only 1 bed in a room as well a desk to sit at and a very comfortable chair for relaxing in. Full size refrigerator was a huge bonus instead of a tiny box refrigerator. I was very impressed.nnFront desk service is outstanding.nShuttle to Airport is a bonus.nThanks for the very comfortable stay.
