Parrish (owner) and his staff are very friendly and are knowledgeable about riding and maintenance. Many customers are known on a first-name basis. Parrish went above and beyond what I expected in a recent repair and even took extra time to see that my dad's bike was fitted properly and that he was comfortable. Customers are in great hands with him and I will recommend Bicycle World to anyone.
Staff, service, everything from top to bottom is great here. They went above and beyond to not only help me find the perfect bike, but followed up to make sure it was the one for me. Could not recommend a better staff or environment for bicycle needs!
Great store with awesome staff! I was looking for a hitch mounted bike rack and they were very patient, answered all my questions, put it together and mounted on my car. Can not recommend this place enough!
