The team at Advanced Roofing were fast and professional! They had the entire roof finished (including skylight installation and gutters) in just under two days. The team was polite, professional, and did great work. Great quality and Eric helped us through the process of picking out shingle type + color as well as understanding what our insurance would cover after a big storm. Great work all around!
Very happy with this company. When we were collecting bids, this company was the only one that provided us with several addresses that had shingles we were considering. This helped us make the best decision on what colors to choose. Anthony and his crew were nice, responsive, and hard working. They displayed integrity and caring about the end result. After hail damage I consulted with many contractors and got bids. Eric not only exceeded the standard set on customer service but he also came out on a holiday weekend to meet with my claims adjustor. Advanced Roofing replaced and installed new roof, new gutters and new siding among many other things. Eric was attentive and addressed my concerns and questions and assisted me in making the best decisions for me. The team did a great job and Eric made sure I was a satisfied client. I could not be happier with the work that was done by Anthony's crew. From the get go, I very much appreciated Anthony's promptness in responding to my e mail queries.nnI sought out four bids, and Anthony's was the most affordable, but the work that was completed was truly professional and first rate.nnA couple of days before the crew started working on the roof, a letter was sent to us explaining the process, etc. That was greatly appreciated. In the letter, the name of a point person was mentioned when the work was being completed. We were free to reach out to him anytime duringnthe process.nnThe day after the work was completed, the point person came by to do a sweep and made sure everything was done properly and to our liking. The very next day, Anthony called to ask if I was happy with the work that was completed.nnThat type of communication goes a very long way in my books. What a wonderful company we hired and we'll no doubt hire them again if we need other stuff done to our house.
We have used advanced roofing for window replacement and siding, roof, and gutters after w hail storm and we are always so impressed! Anthony worked us into the schedule knowing that we had some big events coming up at our house. His crew is very friendly, timely, and cleans up after themselves very well. We are always impressed by the job well done. Highly recommend!
