Every script that has been sent in takes at least a week to process and figure out. I’m on my 3rd time in 2 months where my previous meds have completely run out, and the new fill still hasn’t been ready even though it was sent in over a week ago by my doc. Not having the meds for one day is not a good experience for me.

To avoid issues, I waited until the next day to pick up my call in Rx. Still wasn't ready but I could come back in a few hours or pick it up and end of day. So I need to ask to start things in motion on a script from 27 hours earlier?

They will send notifications that your script is ready for pickup when it's not, then you have to wait in the store for half an hour while they serve people who came in after you. Most of the staff is fine but there is one guy who is unfailingly rude. I handed one worker a handwritten prescription slip from a doctor because it was something that couldn't be sent electronically, waited 30 minutes, and then he pretended he knew nothing about it and acted like I was a junkie trying to get drugs I wasn't prescribed. I had to lean over the counter and point to the slip (which was sitting right next to him). Ended up having to wait another 20 minutes to fill the handwritten prescription which was ONE PILL.

Better than any pharmacy I've ever been to. Well staffed with people who care, and are willing to go the extra mile for you - whether it be making calls to insurance, or working with your doctor. Great service - keep it up!
