I really used to enjoy shopping here but they’ve raise their prices on several items that were my regular purchases so I’ve just decided to start going back to Waukee HyVee.nIt is still a nice clean store & if you need something in a hurry you don’t have to traverse an entire gigantic grocery store.
Very nice store! Clean, bright, full of healthy options and friendly associates. I would love to see more of these types of outlets, whether it’s HyVee pushing the curve or other names. Larger HyVees should offer less junk food options and expand inventory for nourishing foods. Maybe, move the junk food to the smaller footprint stores and the larger stores become a full-on “health market”nThe best part of the visit?.., NO Animal Meat market! Amazing! There are options for animal meats but the selection of plant based meat and dairy is excellent.nLastly, the final perk. The store also lacks the can redemption center.
Very quiet! Every time I go theres not many people. I wish there was a little bit more selection of meat and staple items, instead of the standard giant beauty section when you walk in the store.
Everyone is so friendly. I love the fresh produce section and the pharmacists are so helpful!
Great selection but watch for sales as it's quite pricey.
