Kyle's Bikes

This should be your LBS! Some bike shops will talk down to women, but not at Kyle’s. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dave graciously put on a bike clinic for a triathlon training camp I put on in 2019, and I’ve been back ever since. I try to be self-sufficient with bike maintenance but Dave always gotten my odd issues sorted out. When I ask him what I owe him, he just says, “come back and buy something.” ud83dude42

I bought a secondhand bike and it needed some adjustments I thought. I took it into them and Jordan (EXCELLENT employee) immediately helped me, fixed the bike by adjusting the derailer ‘s, and let me know how to best use this bike, and what I might need in the near future. It is the best money I have spent in a long long time, and was way more valuable than the small amount of money it cost me to get this bike to be road ready. I have also visited the Ankeny store, and it is just as great.

Jim helped me pick out shoes and pedals for my indoor cycle, clean shop and great service!

I have purchased 2 bikes from Kyles and have been a customer of theirs at both locations. The staff is friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable.
