The personalized assistance we received while looking at and then buying new road bike helmets was great. When it comes to customer service, there are few businesses in any line of business that do it better than Bike World. I am new to biking this Summer and recently bought a trainer online. I had not installed a cassette on a trainer before so I thought I would ask the Bike World folks if they could help. Step by step, they walked me through the entire process. Unbelievable group of employees dedicated to this sport!

I have a real loyalty to Bike World. Keith has always been super helpful and always takes the time even when he is busy. I do feel like he is focused on helping me be a better rider and have the right equipment and the right fit/setup as possible. I have shopped around at other bike shops but always came back for the staff - I can get a bike anywhere. Other people don't have the staff and I want to support a locally owned business.

I've been into Bike World a few times over the past year and have had a great experience every time. The customer service is amazing: all the associates are knowledgeable and helpful without ever getting pushy or trying to up-sell you on something you don't need. Unlike some other places in town, I also appreciate how they genuinely value you as a customer even if you aren't dropping several thousand dollars on bikes/gear. They carry quality product lines that are all priced well. Bonus that they are right off the bike trail!
