When it comes to customer service, there are few businesses in any line of business that do it better than Bike World. I am new to biking this Summer and recently bought a trainer online. I had not installed a cassette on a trainer before so I thought I would ask the Bike World folks if they could help. Step by step, they walked me through the entire process. Unbelievable group of employees dedicated to this sport!

I have a real loyalty to Bike World. Keith has always been super helpful and always takes the time even when he is busy. I do feel like he is focused on helping me be a better rider and have the right equipment and the right fit/setup as possible. I have shopped around at other bike shops but always came back for the staff - I can get a bike anywhere. Other people don't have the staff and I want to support a locally owned business.

I've been into Bike World a few times over the past year and have had a great experience every time. The customer service is amazing: all the associates are knowledgeable and helpful without ever getting pushy or trying to up-sell you on something you don't need. Unlike some other places in town, I also appreciate how they genuinely value you as a customer even if you aren't dropping several thousand dollars on bikes/gear. They carry quality product lines that are all priced well. Bonus that they are right off the bike trail!
