Would have been nice if the bro at the door told us we needed socks to try on sandals when he asked us our business upon arriving. Would have been nice if the dude running the shoe area would have told us we needed socks before he went and got the sandals we asked for. We had to go a size down because they didn't have the needed size to begin with. Wouldn't let us try on shoes. Told us we could buy the $110 dollar sandals, take them home and try them on, and then bring them back of they don't fit. How this is supposed to keep people safe is beyond me. Pass.

I drove 3&1/2 hours to check out this REI. It was worth the trip. Katie was very helpful. I had several questions about sleeping pads and backpacking stoves. She was able to answered all my questions. The person that helped me pick out a pair of trail runners ( David I think) was also very helpful, again ansered all questions. Because of Katie and the staff in general I joined the REI co-op. If all REI stores are as helpful as this one I'll be a customer for life.

I was here for a bike tube and the service was so fast and accurate it almost felt like I was in the pit stop not loosing any second. Very impressed. Kind and friendly staff and most of all knowing what they're doing.nThank you!

Staff does a great job and it seems they've done a better job keeping typical sizes in stock. There seems to be a lot of turnover at this store but its retail so thats to be expected. REI products have gotten worse over the years but they are still a welcome store in the metro. It would be nice if they rented equipment like tents, sleeping bags, skis, etc like other REIsnThey've done a good job with Covid. If their products were better quality and if they offered rentals I would rate them 5 stars

Everything you need to unplug yourself from The Matrix. Definitely picking up some well needed gear.
