Unfriendly. Acted like we were inconveniencing them. Expensive WAYYYYYY MORE than the price on line (think tripled). Holes on walls. Hair piles in elevator. Fan in bathroom could wake the dead. Couldn't figure out if the bulbs were dead or if the lights worked. To exhausted to go else where.

Location was poor for being on an interstate. Few places to eat was an issue, some do to covid. Property needs some attention, room was clean, but a lot of little fixes needed.

They upgraded our room for free but ad was misleading as their pool was drained and we were truly looking forward to swim while we stay there. Remote control for the TV doesn't work. Stay here if you are on a budget.

Front desk staff was not friendly. The hotel smelt musty. The wall paper in the shower had started to peel and shower didn't have much pressure. Don't understand why they would put wallpaper in the bathroom let alone in the shower above the shower walls. Anyone who knows anything about wallpaper knows that constance moisture the wallpaper will loosen!!! Would not reccomend staying there.

We were visiting Fargo for an extended stay to spend time with family. My husband booked the room over the phone they told him the price he would get and that he would receive an email with a higher price but not to worry because once we check in the price will go down. We checked in my husband noticed the difference and we asked about it. We were told that we didn’t call them directly so they can’t do anything about. That we used a third party except that we didn’t. My husband told the woman that he had called the hotel she said he must have called Wyndham and booked and that’s not a good way to book. She said we could talk to the manager that evening. The manager told my husband the same thing and said he needed to call the Wyndham number and talk it out with them. My husband did, they opened a claim about it. Told him he would get a call back. We didn’t get a call back, we did get an email saying that they couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to work with the on-site manager. Not pleased with the outcome on that. We cancelled our second reservation and went to a different hotel for the second half of our trip. The room we had was not great. Very cramped rooms. The microwave had an issue on the display so you weren’t quit sure what the time on the microwave was. There was a vent in the wall beside the bedside table that has fallen out of the wall. There chips and nicks in the wall all over the room. The curtain had little pin point holes all over them so even with them closed you had several little streams of light coming in. The toilet seat in the bathroom had only one screw holding it on so when you sat down you slid around. The bathroom door had what appeared to be water damage at the bottom. Not sure if the room flooded at some point or what. The ice bucket was disgusting and doesn’t look like it’s ever been washed. There was this light over the tv that looks almost as if it was supposed to be a recessed light but instead it’s a tube hanging out of the ceiling with a lightbulb inside. With COVID they can only do cold breakfast there was typically only ever muffins, coffee, and juice. Not a muffin person was going to grab a glass of juice and there were dead fruit flies stuck to the nozzle of the juice dispenser. Needless to say I didn’t take anything from the lobby. There seemed to be only two people running the desk and they would just rotate throughout the day. We will not stay here again, it is not worth the “cheaper” rate.
