These guys saved our project! We had another roofing co. lined up for the only week we would be in town to renovate my Aunt's house. The other co. dropped off the materials and said they had another job. Jason came over himself and said they would work us in because we had leaks, and even used the other company's materials. Wonderful people. Wonderful service. Made us feel like a priority. Thank you so much!
Joe and Derek came out to inspect my roof in the Des Moines area for storm damage the same week I called to schedule. They communicated well in advance, arrived when they said they would, and inspected visually and by drone. They identified what I thought was damage was actually an earlier repair job, and they recommended against any work.nnAll around great experience. I appreciate how professional and honest the Alpha crew was!
Left a message that I needed some roof work done. They called me promptly on monday morning and said they would be here Tuesday at 9 am. They didn't show up or call.
They were great in getting us our roof replaced. We lucked out and had it done a few weeks earlier than originally thought. They quoted what the insurance said the replacement would be from the Derecho damage, and I was invoiced exact amount. Would use again if I need another roof!
I contacted Derek after he fixed my Brother in law’s roof, and asked him to inspect our roof after Derecho 2020. He answers my email in minutes and came over the same morning because he was already in our neighborhood. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend!
