Just starting to get into biking. I called for a training tire and they had one in stock ud83dudc4d I had a very informative conversation will a sales associate that was able to answer questions about bikes, trainers ect. The inventory and retail space is amazing. Will defiantly be shopping for my next bike there. Great place

Great Northern is in a fantastic location and it is really unique what they did with the old train station. Always exciting to see people reuse and recycle buildings instead of just tearing them down and rebuilding. That being said, I was unimpressed with the customer service from Great Northern’s staff/mechanics. It’s all too common anymore in the bike industry to have uninterested mechanics who don’t care about customers. Sadly, Great Northern falls into this category based on my experience when I stopped in.

How is this place even still open?nnI went in to purchase a new Bike for my boy's birthday present. I Checked the website before going to make sure it was in stock. I get there and not only do they not care enough to barely acknowledge you in the store, they said they were WAY too busy to put any of their bikes together in the next day or two.nnHorrible customer service. Not only will I not be going back, I will make sure anyone who is looking to purchase a bike or have one serviced goes somewhere else.

Bought my first bicycle from this shop. I've owned bikes in the past but by no means considered myself knowledgeable pertaining to which bike was best for my needs. The team there made me feel very welcomed, listened to my needs and how I would be using my bike, and made great recommendation within my budget. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a bicycle!
