Thrifty White Pharmacy

My son needs to fill his scripts and one is a very strong med. I completed the auto-fill forms to have them text me when the meds are refilled. I got the text, I called them and they said it's in. So I asked a pickup time to confirm its there, they said in a couple hours. I give them plenty of time, but when I go thru the drive-thru they don't have the fax from the Doctor to refill it. The Doctor faxed all the scripts last week. The Pharmacy can't explain why I got the text. The other time they Forgot to refill all the scripts! This is serious. People's lives depend on their medicine.

Why on earth must CASH customers purchasing in this store stand in line forever behind people dropping/picking up prescriptions. And why with 5 people lined up can't someone from the back step up to help. It blows my mind that there is no cash register near the door for people to come in and make a quick purchase.

There has been a mistake on one of our prescriptions which results in an asinine wait time three times now. Would not use this pharmacy if it weren’t the only one with a drive through that doesn’t require dragging the whole fam inside.

Good selection. Good people working the counter. The pharmacists​ are great and really helpful.
