Brought up n my carburator off my snowblower wanting to order a new one and they are about 25 bucks even had a conversation with the receptionist on how it's cheaper to go new rather than have it rebuilt... She said the boys were out to lunch and she'd have them call me for more info on the snowblower to make sure they would order the correct one and she took down my name and number and taped it to the part. Few days go by and I get a call saying my rebuild was done and I had a 60 dollar bill well I didn't ask for that and I'm not paying for it so they told me they would take the stuff off of it and my property would be thrown in the trash and now I don't have a working snowblower. Now I know why I was warned before I went in there and it's astounding they are even open with such poor customer service

Very hostile and rude receptionist, I don't understand how they make business. I will never call them again
